(“Ansa,” “we,” or “us”) and its subsidiaries collect and use your personal data that you provide in connection with our products and services, including without limitation (a) Ansa financial services products and tools we market and provide ourselves (b) financial services products and tools that Ansa may provide to third parties on a “white-label” or unbranded basis, (c) the Ansa website available at, and (d) any other services related to the services described above.

In this Privacy Policy, the above are referred to collectively as the “Services.” This policy describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal data and how you can access and update this data. Services include software, applications and services that we own and operate directly and software, applications and services that we market or provide from or on behalf of third parties.

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows you to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
